Step 1:
Free download FLV to Blue Ray Creator and install it on your computer.
Step 2: Add files
Click the
on the toolbar to add FLV files you download from the video web sites.
Step 3: Edit BDMV Audio Track
Click
on the toolbar to open the Audio Editor window, and then select the audio track you want to edit in the audio track list.
(1) You can click
to load the required audio track from your computer. You can adjust the audio track order with the up and down arrow keys above the audio track list. The first audio track will be set as default.

(2)Click and drag the Volume control slider to adjust the volume of the selected audio track.
(3)If you notice a delay between the audio track and the video, click and drag the Audio Latency control slider to make the audio track match the video.
(4)Click the Audio Codec drop-down button to choose an audio codec; click the Sample Rate drop-down button to choose an appropriate sample rate; click the Channels drop-down button to choose a channel.

Step 3: Set target and Volume label
Click the Destination drop-down button to choose the BD folder or ISO image as output.
Input a name in the Volume Label field to name the output files.

Step 5: Start burning
Choose the writing speed and the number of copies required, and then click
to start to FLV to Blue Ray.
