Step 2: Add files
Click the 
button on the toolbar to add MP4 files from the Add Video File(s) dialog box that appears.
Step 3: Edit BDMV Subtitle
Click 
button on the toolbar to open the Subtitle Editor window.
(1) You can click "+" button to load required subtitle file from your computer in the Subtitle Editor window.
(2)Choose the subtitle you want to edit from the subtitle list and select the corresponding language for the subtitle from the Language drop-down list.
(3)Click and drag the Vertical Position control slider to set the vertical position of the selected subtitle.
(4)If you notice a delay between the subtitle and the video, click and drag the Subtitle Delay control slider to make the subtitle match the video.
Step 4: Set target and Volume label
Click the Destination drop-down button to choose BD folder or ISO image from drop-down list. Enter a name in the Volume Label field to name the BD folder/ ISO image file.
Step 5: Start burning
When all the above settings are finished, you can click to 
start converting MP4 to Blue Ray.
